Exciting October Events at UnCommons
One of the highlights of UnCommons’ October events is the opening of Poke Market by Chef Michael. This Hawaiian-inspired eatery officially opened its doors on September 16th, bringing traditional dishes from Chef Michael’s roots to the Las Vegas community. Guests can enjoy a variety of poke bowls and other tasty treats daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the former Mercadito space.
Another exciting addition to UnCommons is the upcoming flagship location of Kiln, a boutique coworking and flex office provider, set to open in April 2025. Kiln will take over management and programming of the 5,000-square-foot event pavilion at UnCommons, transforming it into The Assembly by Kiln. This dynamic venue will offer premium workspace designed for productivity, wellness, and collaboration, along with catering from UnCommons’ world-class restaurants. AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, recently named one of the Top 100 Restaurants in Las Vegas, will be offering its prix fixe lunch menu and grab-and-go options from noon to 2:30 p.m. on Fridays through Sundays. Guests can indulge in delicious Italian cuisine and fine wines in a cozy and inviting setting.
For a unique Halloween experience, Todo Bien will transform into “La Isla De Las Muñecas,” or The Island of the Dolls, from October 1st to November 1st. This spooky-themed event will feature a menu of themed drinks served in festive glassware, along with a new fall cocktail menu that is sure to get guests in the Halloween spirit.

UnCommons also hosts a variety of weekly and special events throughout the month. Taco Tuesday and Ladies Night at Siempre J.B. offer $5 tacos and half-price select cocktails every Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively. Wine lovers can join the Wineaux Club for a monthly tasting adventure or attend Wineaux Wine Tasting events featuring wines from different regions.
