Despite its reputation for entertainment and hospitality, Las Vegas only had two contenders on the list, with another US city surpassing it in representation.
The survey asked readers to rank the best casino hotels in the country based on their gaming options and amenities. A panel of travel experts then narrowed down the top 20 contenders to a final list of 10. The results revealed that Caesars Palace claimed the third spot, while ARIA Resort & Casino secured the tenth position.
Apart from Las Vegas, other winners included Mohegan Sun in Connecticut, Yaamava’ Resort & Casino in California, Ocean Casino Resort in New Jersey, Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Mississippi, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in New Jersey, Mount Airy Casino Resort in Pennsylvania, Resorts Casino Hotel in New Jersey, and Graton Resort & Casino in California. Atlantic City surprisingly had three casino hotels on the list, outshining Las Vegas by one.
The remaining winners were located across the country, from Los Angeles to Connecticut.
